Effect : Reduces all humours of the target by 25%, reduces an additional random proficiency by 2 (slightly favouring higher proficiencies), leaves no additional crime scent (to give it an edge over murder), teleports the victim to boston instantly.
Why we need this : Currently the only option to deter raiders is to kill them, thus leaving a scent you can be summoned with later on. This option gives defenders a way to hit back at raiders, isn't too punishing to newer raiders and also gives raiders a less final option than killing you.
