Sales Tax Idea?

My idea is to add some more functionality to town by introducing taxing. Sorry if it makes no sense it was just a random idea.


How to grow the economy:
- Taxing trades. (1s per 10s spent)
- Exporting goods to other towns

What the town will do for you as a Tax payer:
- Free daily education - You will be able to get 1k points in any proficiency you choose. Once a day. etc.
- There will be daily jobs posted in-town that will pay you to gather various resources that your town will use for exporting.

Benefits of being the top economy:
- 10% faster learning

Then we need tax relief for beginners because I still struggle to make money. My income is currently restricted to selling dried hides, savage charms and sometimes cricket teams. I would like to see more sales options to the store, if anything.

could just require your townmembers to pay a weekly/monthly/whatever dues
