Smash the Fiddler

I propose the following new craftable: Boston Fiddler.
It needs a Lumberwood figurine and a Cricket Violin to be crafted from.
It can be studied as an inspirational,
or it can be smashed.
Smashing the Boston Fiddler gives the user a buff for a *short* period of time: Focussing all his rage, built up over time having to listen to the Boston fiddler, the character can now execute combat moves for half the yellow bile cost. For damage calculations, 20 is added to all humours.
