AI Indian Camps

Not sure if anyone has ever mentioned this but something that I think would be interesting to add some variance to AI mobs would be NPC Indians.

For starters they could all be attack on sight to pilgrims, but maybe later in development could be a source of silver sink for them selling rare items to players.

My idea is that very rarely in the world a camp of Indians will spawn with some teepees and stuff and if the player, or group of players can tackle the indians they will have access to some neat rewards. Maybe a few indian feathers and some already dried hides, or just anything you can think of really. Would encourage group PvE combat play and for people to go hunting for these camps.

Like I said, later there could be friendly indian camps that evil players could decide to murder to prevent other people from trading with them.

As per the forum, just an idea!

Could have sworn I've seen this come up before (likely on the Paradox forums). I didn't find a thread specifically about it, though. It has come up more than once, and the devs have made comments on it and what they may or may not want to see out of adding "native" NPCs to the game.

should be able to kill indians like bears etc and "skin" (loot) them for a random jumbling of things like arrowheads, feathers. corn etc and sell the scalps for 100ish silver in boston :lol: .

this is a great idea. Make this empty world feel inhabited by other things aside from players and gankers.

I'd like to be able to have Indian characters. In character creation room and/ or crafting items. Players could even build a few Indian items like teepees or wigwams for their small and medium houses.

I recommended it back during Alpha on the Haven sooper sekret Salem forum.

also, i have ALWAYS approved and hoped for this idea to become a reality. :)
