Sorry but i don't understand why fire (from torch to fireplace) don't decrease Hypothermia.
I think is more realistic and good idea if they for some tiles around increase temperature and lowers hypothermia.
What do u think about it?

Or working? Maybe every 25 phlegm used tending fields or mining or whatever increases your temperature. Though working too hard might result in a soggy pilgrim even MORE likely to suffer from loss of body temperature...

Hmm that might help... I don't understand how that makes any logic seeing that the chest is what you need to protect the most in terms of cold weather but i guess my back can use come comfort.

Fires and working increasing your body temperature will probably be added in with the heat stroke patch.
