Stake relocation

Add "Relocate Stake" button to stake menu so it will be possible to relocate it to any place within your claim.

awesome could we also relocate bread houses? i put mine in the middle of my cereal field and its ripe but now i can't harvest 
. Also how much longer until my pirate ship is ready... im not setting foot in that rowboat... unless its to row to my pirate ship.
