The idea is just that you're able to walk, open chests etc while in gluttony and clicking the humors bar again will exit gluttony mode (or if you do something to use your biles).
At the moment the way to do a decent gluttony session is to use an alt to simply keep refilling the chest you are eating from. This simply removes the need for that second body making gluttony easier for hermit characters keeping them as efficient as people who are in groups without needing to use alts.

Jorb has said that this is something they intend to add. Who knows when we will get it, though.
