Its stupid how you can drop a purse yet you can't actually drop stacks of silver.

With the canoe being next to the purse button on the top left I ended up dropping my King's Purse when going to press Ctrl+Click. [Yes, in the water]
Yeah no **** I'm sure other people have already done this in the past but this needs to change.

Make purses act like silver pieces/the precious(madness ring) and don't allow people to drop it. Its ***** no matter how you look at it.
I will just buy another kings purse if I don't get mine replaced but honestly, anything equipped should not have the ability to be dropped straight to the
ground from the equipment slot.

yes, i have done that too when i go fishing with the canoe i leave the purse in my base because i know that at some point i will drop it in the water.

maybe this post should be a suggestion under the Ideas forum, though?

I'v done the same action. Does not feel very good if you drop your last pieces of hard cold silver into the river. Nonetheless it is probably working as intended.

Yeah I just questioned why I put it in the help suggestion if one of the mods want to move it over.

Intended? Why can't you drop stacks of silver then? Care to explain why I can't just throw all my silver in my inventory all over the ground?

I did the same on my first canoe trip.
From that time I open my character sheet (ctrl+e) and drop the canoe from there and it's alright now.

I was on a canoe. Wanted a hydurkey to agro me so I tried to take my Hydurkey hat off. CTRL CLICK. Hydurkey Headress with needle, eggsack and WSS gone to the bottom of the river.

I say leave as intended what happens if I want to destroy a purse I stole from someone and drop it in the water? Now I cant...
