Town PVP Manniquins/Practice area

We need a zone that we create that's void of scents what we can practice PVP w/o scents...that players can 'NEVER' be killed inside... mean to be a sparring yard.

We could so use sparring mannequins for the various animal enemies... to have some clue what what damage we might do against them.(And who dps we need to be before joining a hunt party)

Perhaps a range of them in Providence... just for fun... have to give something to get something.. no?

Surely we could craft them them with appropriate hides, etc...

You see this? You took out most of the danger in the game from the community, give them countless of easy/retarded mechanics to avoid being griefed and make those ****** feel safer, made raiding/griefing activities harder and not worth it, yet the carebear monsters are insatiable, they always demand more and more till the game ends with no pvp/permadeath whatsoever.

There is no place you are devoid of danger in Salem. Death is possible anywhere, though some take some creativity.

The only scents created for incidental combat are only trackable. Empty your inventory and go practice on a deer, they are everywhere. If you are too afraid of KO, or the people you are hunting with, then you should stick to fields and trading for meat.

As far as sparring, setup an area in a mine. That option is already available to you, as many use it. A player made zone of freedom does not fit Salem.

terrible idea. If you want to spare then you have plenty of options to do this.

While they are being grouchy and unpleasant they are basically right. If you trust your townies or partners you can easily spar in a mine with no fear of death.

And you are in for a Bad Time if you cannot overcome your fear of Deer. Yes, they break your leg unpredictably and have what might seem like high HP now, but you can work your way up to it, and you can know how much damage you are likely to do by comparing with weaker animals, and the sparring. The only reason you would have lower damage against players is them wearing armor like dinguses, which if you wanted to know the damage, would mess it up. They could also pretend to be deer by leaping at or bullrunning you.
