Bulletin boards

I didn't see any topics similar to this but if there is one, please locked, delete or merge ^^
Bulletin boards, this is were we could see the Recent updates and Announcements or Upcoming events inside the game, which is place in the main towns in each server.

Buildable Bulletin boards would also be nice.
Requirements:
-Need to be a leader of a village.
-Needs to be inside the boundary of the village.
-Only one board can be built in each village.

Leaders can post his/her own village announcements and events here, he/she could also post things like a "to do list" or a list of items that needed to be gathered and etc.
The leader could also give permission to any members of the village to post or write stuff in the board. Once a member has finish writing a post, it will be mark as pending and will not be shown in the board until town leader accepts it. (He could also decline if he wants to.)
Village members will have a separate tab where all of they're post will be located.

As far as recent changes to the game, if they're going to be in-game, it should be as a pop-up when the client updates (and just be a one-time thing to view). Otherwise, it's just as easy to come to the forums. (As is being discussed in another thread, Salem isn't really designed to be played on small computers, so having a web browser open isn't an issue.)

Otherwise, the bulletin boards have come around in various styles of suggestion, and seem to be quite a popular desire. I can't quite seem to find a consolidated thread on the idea, so this might be the one as it would be easy to spot.
