We have more money with time, only one option for spend this money = tax from stalls \ buy items from npc`s stalls
Maybe add more usefull things to white\season stall ?
For Ex.
High priced special gluttony food
Very rare items

And hmmm if town buy from us cottons\skins\Soap - and maybe send (as colony) to Majesty(export), we can import some more goods. I dont have concrete idea - i mean, its must be something what will not make life easier haha
Like pets ex. if we have so many wild animals, why dont have dog in our claim\town (even for patrol our fields against crows )
Alkohols = and it can give buff to inspi or give party music for few minuts or slow movement and give buff to regen pleghm

I'm more inclined toward Revolution- ability to create a trade zone far from Providence that the King can't take taxes from (and thus no cut for the top 10 towns)... maybe a meager 10% to the town that hosts it... that would pay for the rent, etc.

Area would be able to craft stalls commiserate with Providence... number of stalls dependent on how 'big' a stone created to manage it. Local rents would go to the Town that created it.

All kinds of possible addons from there... everything except direct link to King's land (Providence); but ability to link to other 'rebels' trade posts...

So you serve the King... you got the default...what we have now... or if you serve the rebels... you could spend a little silver and go wherever rebels have established themselves which will likely eclipse the 'King's' regard by far. In my mind I'm thinking 20-30 frontier trade posts... mini-markets all over... not just cardinal points.. two systems... sort of.

A better solution would just be to increase stall taxes and decrease the prices paid out by stalls.

Sounds dumb. I wouldnt mind some rare items to spend all the silver on though.
