Idea about food, drinks & ****

So for some thime I was thinking about gluttony full&fed up/quaffed&quenched debuff. I hate mostly in that mechanic that quaffed&quenched debuff is dependent in specific way with full&fed up. So my idea to change things a little bit is to add some kind of mechanic which will involve balancing between full&fed up and quaffed&quenched + some additional debuffs/buffs. (And ofcourse mechanic about **** ¦] )

Full&Fed up:
My idea is to split this debuff into set of minor buffs/debuffs also it should be able to be increased not only by gluttony but also by normal eating. Maximum amount of points of full&fed up should be dependent on highest bile and(be dependent)/or(be) constant value.
So let's get to point where this debuff splits into smaller ones:

-Fed (begins at low amount of points)
Your belly has some food in it and you are happy because of that. Because of that you feel faster, better, stronger and you recive minor boost to combat.

-Well fed (upgrade of fed buff when you'll accumulate more points)
Your belly has food in it and it feels good. You are even more faster, better and stronger and recive boost to combat.

-Full&fed up (Achieved after getting high amount of points)
Your belly is full and you feel that you should stop eating at this point. You feel a little bit sleepy but at least your stomach is full... Because of that you are walking slower but in exchange you recive slow passive humour regain.

-Sick&Vomitting (Recived after full&fed up cannot be lost by methods mentioned in this idea)
You knew that you shouldn't eat that much! At this point you feel sick and weak... Because of that you are walking much more slower you are constantly vomiting and draining humours

So what if you don't want to have any of this buffs or just don't want to be sick? This is time when drinks come! Some of them will help you to purge your stomach some of them will not affect anything. Also Berrymash Purgative and Pulpish Purgative will be method to remove Sick&Vomitting (+/or some more potion wich will be only remove it)

Quaffed&Quenched
So as in full&fed up I also want to split it into smaller debuffs but also drinks should be involved in gluttony as a purgative stuff. Let's go to the point where i split this debuff into smaller ones!

-Hydrated

-Well Hydrated

-Filled with liquid

-Bursting at the seams

[Will be adding more info later]

****&Piss:
So there we come... Point where i explain my idea of introducing urine (Gunpowder) and well **** ¦]
So after getting debuff because of being fed or hydreted you can counteract to it with drinking or eating. Collected points in one of these bars while counteracted will start to generate "Piss points" or "**** points". And because you start to collect this points you are getting slower. Also after collecting x amount of these points and not doing ya thing you'll literally s*** your pants ¦] wich will give some insanity and/or even some madness level when near other people. So this is time when toilets come in!

Toilets will affect time in wich you'll finish doing your thing!
And there comes list of toilets:

-Myrtle oak
(free)
Pee/**** points dropping at very low rate cannot recive urine/fecals after finishing.

-Smelly Outhouse
(Items required: moldy boards, bucket, stone)
Points dropping at low rate can hold little amount of urine/fecals after one session.

-Outhouse
(Items required: Dry Boards, any boards, bucket, stone, hay)
Points dropping at moderate rate can hold twice as much urine/fecals than smelly othouse after one session.

-Comfy Outhouse
(Items required: Oiled Boards, Dry boards, any boards, bucket, cotton cloth, granite)
Points dropping at high rate can hold 4x more than Outhouse after one session.

-Royal Porcelain (Why not ¦] )
(Items required: Liberty Crown, Gold Bars, Silver Bars, Sea island cotton cloth, Oiled Boards, pale, sterling geodes)
Points dropping at rate faster than sanic runs (gotta go fast) can hold a lot more than comfy outhouse.

Every toilet excluding myrtle oak and smelly outhouse will be using x amout of paper per session.

I hope you like my idea :D
Also sorry for being a little bit chaotic...

EDIT#1 (22/10/2015 15:51 CEST/GMT + 2:00)

I actually really like the quaffed and quenched debuff being linked to gluttony as it is. It seems well balanced.

Just what do you mean by a 'session'? Do you have to sit there a long time with your character? It seems boring. Or are you saying it's a certain amount of points dropped by 'using' the building? In that case, what prevents someone from just using it over and over in the space of a few minutes and completely negating our system?

This also seems very harsh in that new players can't do anything about it. Right now, anyone can gluttony, learn skills, and stave off madness with no infrastructure at all. And that covers the basics. This idea would require papermaking at the very least and some other abilities along with a permanent place to build an outhouse just for basic gameplay. I think this idea would really screw a lot of players over, and much as people like to claim we troll the playerbase with our mechanics, it's really not something we're out to do.

Well i hate the one thing in quaffed and quenched that i'm supposed to glutton every time i want to reduce it if there were some other way to reduce it like eating dry or salty food. Also in seasion i mean decrease of the points but also i didn't came out with any math or numbers so there is no reference between anything + there would be some time you should wait between using it over and over. And i tough about using paper to everything but later i've tought that it'll be to harash for all of the cases so that's why i said that myrtle oak and smelly outhouse won't use paper. All in all with some balancing almost everything is OK but at 1st it needs some balancing + I want to make gunpowder that's why i came with this "small" idea

Let's link it with calendar idea!

1. Build an outhouse
2. Craft a farmer's almanach
3. Hang the almanach inside outhouse
4. When you take a crap inside the outhouse the almanach will tell you how long time is left till next season

thread foils with spoiler ID's

If it's a spoiler... suggests its already in the works.

If it's not why bother with clandestine mechanics?

Fail, fail, or fail big time... still a fail thread...

Close or lock out this this P.O.S please.
