New Skill: Tree Tapping

Gives the ability to "tap" a tree.

Tapping Bucket
Hollow Reed + Bucket

Right Click a Tapping Bucket on either a Red Maple, Grand Maple, Birch, Walnut, or Pine Tree to "Tap" the tree.

Buckets passively fill up, Maple's only fill up in Cold Snap, Pine and Birch only during Everbloom.

==Maple Syrup==

Bucket fills with Unboiled Maple Sap
A bucket can then be used to fill a pot, which can then be place on a fireplace and lit. After X amount of time pot is 1/10 (of liquid first put in) filled with Maple Syrup.

Drinking Maple Syrup
Increases speed when using Foraging, reduces yb and phlegm drain while Foraging

==Turpentine==

Bucket fills with Oleoresin
A vial can be taken of Oleresin and placed in Steam Distiller to make Turpentine

Spruce Roots can also be boiled in a Pot to create Oleoresin

Turpentine is used to make Lacquer

==Birch Beer==

Bucket fills with Birch Sap
A bucket can then be used to fill a pot, which can then be place on a fireplace and lit. After X amount of time pot is 1/10 (of liquid first put in) filled with Birch Syrup.
A vial can be taken of Birch Syrup and placed in Steam Distiller along with .10 kg of sugar to make a vial of Birch Beer

Drinking Birch Beer
Decreases phlegm drain while using Wandering or Climbing

==Walnut Syrup==

A bucket can then be used to fill a pot, which can then be place on a fireplace and lit. After X amount of time pot is 1/10 (of liquid first put in) filled with Walnut Syrup.

Cannot be drunk.

==Simple Syryp==
Sugar x .2 kg + water x .1 L + Frying Pan = .1 L of Simple Syrup

Cannot be drunk.

Maple Candies - Milk x .2 L + Maple Syrup x .2 L + Baking Table
Flapjacks with Syrup - Any Flour x .5 kg + Any Syrup x .2 L + Frying Pan
Maple Bacon - Company Bacon x 1 + Maple Syrup x .1 L + Frying Pan
Walnut Scones - Rye Flour x .4 kg + Walnut + 1, + Salt x 1 + Any Syrup x .3 L
Caramelized Apples - Apple x 2 + Any Syrup x .2 L + Frying Pan
Glazed Turkey - Domesticated Turkey Breast x 1 + Any Syrup x .1 L
Maple Sausage Links - Raw Pork Cut x 1 + Any Syrup x .1 L + Sausage Grinder

Any Syrup = Maple Syrup (red), Walnut (Black Bile), Birch Syrup (phlegm), Simple Syrup (YB)


New Skill: Lacquer Work

Anyone can make Beetle Juice (still Witches can only drink)

Lacquer: Beetle Juice and Turpentine are combined in equal parts.


Lacquer can be put into an empty Oiling Trough, works the same as Oiled Boards but creates Lacquered Boards instead.

Small container structures which call for Board, Dry Board, Planned Board or Oiled Board when all Lacquered Boards are used the structure created will be a black version of it. This will be cosmetic only.

Example Structures - Chest, Wooden Box, Cupboard, Barrel, Big Barrel, Bookshelf, Potion Shelf

Nice idea!

There is no RB or Blue Bile, the other Humours are Blood and Phlegm.
Also give a chance to find pine bark beetles or grubs when tapping a pine tree.

I like the idea, two thoughts:

Assuming Syrups would be a new food group, tree purity should affect syrup purity. Since simple syrup dose not use items that can have purity, mixing 2 other syrups produces simple syrup also (so it can have a purity).

Or

If Syrup is not a food group (and instead is added to others, IE: Flapjacks w/ syrup is placed in bread group), Syrups should instead give restoration bonuses (IE: maple restores game, etc)

Very solid suggestion, good job.

Wandering does not decrease BB (last time I checked). Otherwise I love this suggestion. Hopefully the Lacquered Boards could also be used for inspirationnals and advanced buildings.

Idea for Buildings:

Replace some of the boards in the Brick Townhouse by Lacquered Boards.
Add some Lacquered Boards in the cost of Town Bell.

Other suggestions:

Lacquered Coffin: Crypts now also require a coffin (either regular or lacquered) to successfuly bury a corpse. Lacquered coffin would give more benefits to the next of kin. Could also add gold plated coffins more efficient than lacquered coffins.

Lacquered tablewares: Reduce gluttony timer? Could also add silverwares.

Seriously though, these are simple things i'd like to see rather then the majority of retards who post stupid **** like town stalls, and path finding.
