Unless I have missed it, we don't have a hairdresser shop in Boston ? It would be nice to have one imo, one may want to change their looks once in awhile :)

Never. If you are murdered are transgressed by a player who looks a certain way then you should certainly be allowed to 'remember' how they looked and that player shouldn't have a simple barber to elude that visual cue.

WE have descriptions for that, A friend memorizes this transgressor and describes it to your next main??

Also everyone looks the same and looks can be cloned lol

Theres still a very expensive way to change your haircut and your gender, try to buy yourself a Birth Certificates. I recall people sell one or two for the low price of 100k.

Probably one of the few times I disagree with JC's reasoning. There's very little that makes people stand out in terms of looks to begin with aside from the clothes which already are changeable and are even encouraged to be changed by the artifice system. There is a very minuscule chance anyone can recognize one specific character among a ton of similar looking toons without the memorizing feature, which isn't transferable on getting murdered.

Thus I don't see it particularly inconveniencing anyone's gameplay to have a barber, it would rather open up for the possibility to have new haircuts added to the game.
