Should be a combination of skills, M&M, Flora&Fauna, Natural philo imho, more of enviroment types to mimic the fast travel rather than just mind bending skills of teleportation.

current port timers are ideal for preventing people fleeing combat and yet retaining functionality, if a way to speed it up is implemented it should not be able to be made lower than the 20 second logout timer.
