A new npc in Providence, the Barber Surgeon. While he can't change the color of your god given hair he can alter your facial hair and change your hair style for a modest sum. Barbers of the time we're also adept at bloodletting and pulling teeth. Rotten teeth could be a random event caused by eating the sweeter foods gluttoned and show up as does a broken bone or disease. Bloodletting would be needed after curing a disease, wound or broken bone randomly triggers complications. This could also show up as does a broken bone or disease. These both, while not life threatning, would temporarily reduce max biles slightly and require a modest sum for the procedure.

I dislike everything here except for being able to change haircut and facial hair.

I've thought about a Surgeon NPC before who you could pay to drain biles for people who are new and glutton too much of a single bile and need it to get down to even things out a bit.

I somewhat like this idea pistol has, but as for the original op, it's extremely stupid, and just adds a level of unnecessary annoyance to the game.
