there should be some kind of machine that makes meat shreds out of meat so that you dont have to right click and slice over and over again when you want to make meat shreds.

I think devs would rather remove the chance to get lard from roasting meat shreds than turn it into viable method of lard production.

farming lards with meatshreds would be very inefficient. I cooked 60 shreds and only got one lard

Honestly, I don't think splitting meat into shreds is such a problem. In case you don't know - choices from flower menu (the one you get by right clicking stuff) can be made with numbers on keyboard. So right clicking meat and pressing 1 on keyboard will let you to do it really quickly.
