I think it would be a pretty neat addition. You are able to set 2 hotkeys for 2 different sets of gear/weapons. Useable while in combat OR just weapons able to be switched in combat.
What do you guys think?

Edit: actually if we were just able to make our own macro's and keybind them that would be acceptable too.

Unfortunately, we do not want this to be the direction combat goes. The minute we see the rise of macros and/or a reliance on in-combat weapon switching quicker and more frequent than we feel is acceptable we will put a timer on weapon equips.

It would open alot more option in pvp (low on health? switch to all defensive gear when your at 30% blood etc) but I understand your reasoning. Free free to move the thread to hinom

Still a good suggestion, just not a direction we want to go. We want players to 'commit' to their fight style. Therefore, if you know a particular person likes to use a certain weapon and has equipped a certain style of gear you can make a reasonable effort to counter that if you are initiating a fight with said person.
