I was mining today and I got to thinking. These walls apparently have iron in them, but the graphics dont show it. It would be cool if walls in the mines could show what kind of ore you are mining, just as a little decor addition! So I got on GIMP and I began to mess around with mine walls and adding ores onto them. Now before you take a look at them I am no where near a master digital photo editor person lol.

So here is a mine wall as it stands right now:


Here is my version of how it could look with iron ore in it (Yes that is the smudge tool lol)


I just thought that this would be a cool little addition to the game, and each wall should have a different model than the one beside it (Maybe make 4 or more models so no 2 walls that are adjacent to each other are the same.)
And of course this isn't a game changing idea but aesthetics are always nice

I think they wanted to rework mines at some point, especially the purity aspect.

Having areas with & without ores in this way might be nice for that.
