almost every action requires some phlegm but when I am making clay there is no energy drain picking berries,coal,branches no drain

I think they all should do the normal drain of 0.1 phlegm just like every small action just like it

Implementing pointlessly small drains for trivial tasks is probably not a good use of the devs time at this point in time.

Well we do think 99% of things should cause drain. However, braches, berries, and other things that a brand new player does we are trying to stay clear of. You can get into a dangerous situation where you are low on phlegm or out, find the berry bush, and then cannot even pick food to eat it because you are at 0.
