Cause we are limited in our small boxes. In that hard to keep the components for a really effective gluttony sessions.

Because for really serious sessions need a full (4 colors) Set of food at least 3-4 categories. And given a surprising number of different components needed for the preparation of the food. And the required number of servings of different foods (120 pieces of food from each group) and the add to this resore food. In total we are have 30*4*4=480 only main food for one serious gluttony session. And at least 200 pieces of сompounded restore food.
Calculate the how many cupboards you need only for a components. And then it becomes obvious that this is not the most pleasant experience in Salem.

If you want to have such humongous gluttony sessions, I suppose you do need a lot of storage. And you can paint your entire claim with rows of sheds if it makes you happy. If your gluttony sessions are that massive, then you can afford to put a little effort into some extra storage to hold it.

The point you're missing is that I'm talking about scale here. The average hermit, with one character, doesn't need to gluttony at such a rate because that main probably isn't going to die any time soon. The storage in game now is more than good enough to store what such a player needs with a fairly low investment. Similarly, the lower difficulty, smaller options are also fine for newer players. And if you are a big, busy, player making crime alts all the time you need a little more space to store, but if you're doing it right you're getting enough loot to build as many sheds as you want. Add to that the fact that we've already said we're putting in bulk storage, that's the whole point of this thread, and you really have no reason to complain.

Maybe you should read again the title of this topic?

You can be 100% confident that I can do with the tools that I have available. But why are you surprised that no one likes to cook in Salem? Maybe in this system something wrong? I think this topic is created to discuss discuss these matters, is not it?

Until I give examples and arguments are that you are responsible for it: I was happy with everything and I do not like to cook. (facepalm)

But cooking in general will always be boring as hell. Its the same for H&H; and there is no general way to fix or even make it easier than it is. Though I suppose food decay could be added to combat this need to store massive amounts of gluttony food. H&H's next world is leaning towards such a system to solve this problem. That way no one has to worry about simply storing food anymore! :3
Keep calm and stay peachy.

Making broad inaccurate claims like this in my threads will earn you nothing more than a dunce cap. There is a meaningful difference between an opinion and a downright lie. Check your words and your facts before spewing stupid nonsense in one of my threads. This will be your last warning.

Chill guys, let's not... well let's say being too "energetic."
Barny, I think their problem with you is that you didn't consider your opinion as solely yours but instead saying that "everybody" hates cooking and that it's bad. Which is broadly not true. I love cooking, to say the least. But I understand you though.
And we shouldn't talk about cooking here anyway. Much rather, we should focus on the hoarders' stuff. (though this thread ran its course long ago ¦] )
You thought I quit.

I appreciate the contribution you tried to make. However, I ran a server parse on your sessions. I found that a very common session for you was ~269 Food items specicially like the ones you did on 3-9-2015 @ 6:59 Server Time. Which could have been held in as little as 4 Cupboards. The MAXIMUM gluttony session is going to be closer to 1,100 Items, limited on space alone. This is 16 cupboards which can be fit in the smallest of houses. I.E. there is enough 'space' to store the MAXIMUM amount of gluttony food in a Pilgrims' Hovel. If you wish to store the 'raw goods' to make all those items in a single sitting then you are simply doing it wrong. You are to store as many raw goods as you can, then convert them to finished product when you run out of space. There is quite simply ZERO reason for any player to need more storage than can fit in a house. I personally have been able to keep keep north of 4,000 items in a well positioned brick house and had little need to store more than that.

You are free to continue to provide feedback, but the minute it transitions to things like "nobody likes cooking" or "I cannot store my entire gluttony session" when indeed the entirety of your sessions could fit in 4 cupboards if not a pilgrims hovel is where I lose my patience investing valuable dev hours reading feedback that dilutes to downright lies.
