You should not be able to hide things that others should clearly be able to see. If you don't want others to see your mask, tool belt, and backpack don't wear them.

but then u get infected, so nope... alot of games have options to hide different things for cosmetic use or roleplay

through client modding you will never be able to change what someone else sees you as.
His point was that he wants to hide his own mask, but still see all the masks of other people.
It could probably be done, but it'll be pretty messy and tbh I don't see the point.

I think heffernan just doesnt like the way the miasma mask looks, altough its quite nice imo.

If you want the benefit of wearing something others around you should be able to see that you have it.

Let us take house only objects(cupboards, banks, ect.) into houses from outside.
