I like the idea of giving you guys server stats. I don't like the idea of giving them to you constantly and consistently in a way that doesn't make sense. The judge was originally going to track these crime things, but I then decided that it wasn't reasonable that some 'all-knowing' NPC in town knew about all crimes taking place. I do want to put in some more leaderboards and NPC's that are generally just fun and make sense and would be open to ideas though. Just make sure its not some NPC who has super powers and knows things he clearly shouldn't.

Also there are approximately:

11,130 Crimes on Providence right now that have been committed in the last week.

Maybe the Judge could announce he total number of criminals stocked, or how much bile damage has been given out via whips. Maybe even a leaderboard for the top 10 most stocked criminals. Its reasonable that the Judge would know this kind of information.

Ah yes, all very nice ideas.

I think a Top 10 Leaderboard for the most bile dmg done via Whipping seems appropriate.

I was actually hoping for like a police blotter type post on the forums, x number of crimes commited this week, x were larcenry, x were waste, x were murder, x crimals brought to justice, x in stocks etc. A NPC would be cool too.

Then new players wouldn't see the obvious benefits of joining a town.

I don't consider such obvious little things "ideas", more like a plea for stuff that isn't there yet:
1. Wheelbarrow (not in the way it was suggested before)
Special cart for bushes allowing us to carry 4 or 8 (or whatever number you think is reasonable) bushes at a time. Thornbushes can be an exception or still cause blood loss, since it's clear you want them to stay hard to get.
2. Vase
Made from 3 glass panes, can hold 50 roses (or any other flowers) in one slot, pretty much same as a purse holds silver. Fine leather requires lots of roses and such thing would be helpful, yet not too simplifying due to glass' price.
3. Mosaic
Someday, when it's only beauty and polishing left to do, please add craftable ceramic tile with different pictures. Basic recipe would be clay x4 + an item you want to be depicted on it (can be pretty much anything as long as there are artists to draw it: flowers, berries, butterflies, some inspirationals, etc.). A fast scetch of what I'm talking about (obviously I'm not an artist):

Wheelbarrow is on the list. Digging isn't the chore it once was so that probably wont' make it in until we get to the archaeology patch. I like to avoid 'regular' items becoming magical things that fit in a vessel as much as possible. The new inventory sizes will help with mass transit of low-weight goods though.

Mosaic looks neat.

Let us put compost back in a compost bin, I don't see any reason this would be a positive thing as it would stop the bin from producing, its currently just annoying if you accidentally take out too much and have to put in in another container and then forget about when you next need it.

I tried really really hard to think of reasons why I shouldn't give you this nice thing. In the end I couldn't think of any. So yes this will be the case in the next patch.
