How about making illness more serious? Illness drains biles after a certain period of time, which can lead to death. This should not somehow affect active players, but kill all these sick afk alt in Providence.

On the topic of biomes I think we should return to the old idea where the type of tree of bushes affected the biome that would be spawned around it. It would give good control but also would require some investment. Perhaps purity would effect speed biome generation.

We should be able to talk to the land to help it regen faster.

It has been proven after all.

New ability "Sing to nature". Requires ALOT.

Speaking of terraforming of all kinds, would be nice to be able to get rid of lime and clay spots, which are not needed or dug out. We could simply be able to bury it with soil. I think His Majesty would be pleased to see rise of income, since people gonna need to claim their nodes to prevent griefing.

I completely disagree. A town should be reserved for groups between 5 and 10 players on average. The average stump farming player seems to be dumping an inventory of savage charms every 1-3 hours depending on some factors. That is roughly 1,500 silver every 4 hours or so. So that same group of 10 people looking to form a town together would need to invest approx 2 hours each to do so. A 2-4 hour investment to form a town with your friends seems fine.

A for store price this means that the collective player would contribute between $8.00 and $16.00 his first month to his group towards forming the town. I consider the 'store' price via silver to be quite reasonable, if not underpriced.

As for it being too hard for new players to obtain quickly. EXACTLY. New players should not be forming towns, they should be joining towns.

If it is not worth 8500 silver to most players. Then there is always P-claims. Making towns more valuable, as they should have always been.

Or sand. It's the worst to build walls next to because it has all these weird rules.

when a criminal is arrested for a crime against you, you would receive notifications in-game, so you could go to Providence and whip his ass

optionally you could bring a bucket and collect "Criminal Tears" that could have visual effects if you drink...

Throwing a tomato at a criminal in the stocks needs to be buffed. It shouldn't start wearing off until he or she gets out of the stocks. 1) That way all the tomatoes add up and 2) You can't glutton in the stocks any way.
