when mining instead of getting a rubble bolder occasionally get one of granite or lime

I think it's easier to make another type of boulder in the mines lime and granite as deposits of copper and iron

Make a 'pick up' (or 'loot', 'gather') action in the adventure tab. This will pick up the most nearby item on the ground within a reasonable range (~2 tiles).

Delete all flags relating to countries and only have Salem related flags so ppl stop asking for country flags. Dis is gr8 idea.
