Rather I guess I should say spice up the benefits to acquiring one.

When the toolbelt auto-switches a tool into your hand, if the object that it replaces is not a tool and your inventory is full, it will just drop said object on the ground. I suggest making it so that the tool never switches to begin with if these conditions are met.

I almost lost a Nobleman's Rapier in the middle of the woods because of this.

The change with the belt now acting more like a keyring is not very practical. You need to have it open in order to put a tool back to it's place. It's especially annoying that you have to do it every time you equip your sword.
