Village Claim Vs Personal Claim

I was thinking the villager should be allowed to propose a claim extension, then hte mayor has to go to their claim stake and see what they propose and click "approve".

And for the other thing I think that the upkeep for the pclaims should not be reduced, the upkeep forthe v claim should be, by the area of pclaim that covers it - so this in fact implements village taxation, rather than remove claim tax :p.

Has anyone considered the possibility that Village Authority Objects should just never fall under the personal claims inside of a village PERIOD but forever remain in the "public" portion of the village? Any attempt to place or extend a claim over VAOs is simply invalid and likewise VAOs can not be placed inside existing personal claims. This eliminates all the potential griefing and possible conflicts between claim owners and mayors over removal of these objects. Its just plain logical to me, it reflects how real cities are put together, the streets, the police stations and city hall are not on private land.

4. Maybe a warning system to alert people of criminal acts. Don't really need a chat alert or a global sound but a loud warning bell in the vclaim would work.
