There actually is a slight inconsistency here.

Look a the "newer" things like jalapenos and spooky redcaps, those come in the exact number (yield) that you planted them, whereas sunflowers are one only, ever.
Fixing that, and slightly adjusting the rarity of beaming prouds to balance the yield, should do the trick here.

The fact that it is an artifact has nothing to do with it, this was the case way before it was ever an artifact. Of course, in that time ridiculous pot boosts like today simply were not around either.

Okay, nevermind the fact that is an artifact. Getting +30 inspirationals like that in one go is still a no balance wise.

Just that there are like 20 things you can pot with all the +30 bonuses you want, that ARE inspirationals.

But yes, it should not be the case that you just get ~10 times as much on average, that`s why I said it should be balanced by adjusting the chance you get it
Anyways, thinking of it twice it would make more sense to give it more uses, yet, the way it "grows" is still inconsistent in relation to other "rare spawns" in pots.
And on top of all that, it is probably not important enough to justify much thought or devs work put into it.

I was not arguing , we were having a discussion.
My point was that flowers are **** and that is why you can grow dumb amounts of them.
And i also acknowledged the part where you agreed with me but i removed that to focus on the part where you compared flowers with BPS.
That was the whole point of that quote.
I just seem rude.
