Oops! Sorry, you are correct, the rolls are reduce by 20% only 40% of the time, not 80%... Though that goes further towards highlighting that the patties deserve a little love given that they're so much worse than rolls. Just to be safe, I made one of each as described:

I took the values from the wiki (though my mixup with the 80% for the rolls) and it looks like the f+f for rolls is 30 rather than 20 as the wiki suggests, I'll go in and correct that (hopefully I'm not stepping on people's toes by doing so but I don't like to bother the regular maintainers over individual recipe minutia)
Anyways, after looking at the true values it is a bonus that it's 20 mins for patties rather than 30 for rolls, but that seems to be the only thing they have going for them and that seems like a poor exchange for the drastically higher reductions and roughly ~25% reduction in glut value (and again, this is bear so it would be more exaggerated for more common meats).
I'll update my previous message with the corrected values to avoid confusing people.
