Dummies

Similar to mannequins, would use 3 planed boards, one blistersteel bar, 4 egyptian cloth, and 100 of any seeds

Would be able to hit the dummy, which would show damage taken like an animal, to test combat power with biles and artifice bonuses, and to practice.

Reduce the % chance of reduction for shroom patties.

Shroom patties are kind of a combination of lumbarjack frikadels and shroom rolls, except it has the worst aspects of both of them combined and no real benefit. I'll give the stats for comparison, let's do bear+toadstool since that's most in shroom patties' favor:

lumberjack frikadel:
15.5 - 23.2 blood
f+f 15 mins
reduce game meat 20% with 80% chance
(in this example also a small 5%/90% fish restore from the bear meat)

shroom patties:
20.9 - 31.3 blood
f+f 20 mins
reduce game meat 20% with 80% chance
reduce mushrooms 20% with 80% chance
(in this example also a small 5%/90% fish restore from the bear meat)

shroom rolls:
29.7 - 33.75 blood
f+f 30 mins
reduce mushrooms 20% with 40% chance

Yes, shroom rolls require intermediate cooking and cabbage planting but by the time you've figured out variable foods or started planting mushrooms you will have gotten those awhile ago. Just seems like it would be a lot more balanced if it was 40-50% chance for each category rather than 80%. As is, frikadels are better if you want the restore from variable meat and rolls are more potent, cheaper, and less reducing. There's just no motivation to make them aside from as snack food (they restore a bit more across all the uses than frikadel + 2 mushrooms) when there could be a nice niche they fill in newbie gluttony.

I like this kind of thoughtful analysis in the comparison of foods. Although, are you sure these stats are accurate? I don't believe those foods are 80% chance to reduce.

Oops! Sorry, you are correct, the rolls are reduce by 20% only 40% of the time, not 80%... Though that goes further towards highlighting that the patties deserve a little love given that they're so much worse than rolls. Just to be safe, I made one of each as described:

I took the values from the wiki (though my mixup with the 80% for the rolls) and it looks like the f+f for rolls is 30 rather than 20 as the wiki suggests, I'll go in and correct that (hopefully I'm not stepping on people's toes by doing so but I don't like to bother the regular maintainers over individual recipe minutia)

Anyways, after looking at the true values it is a bonus that it's 20 mins for patties rather than 30 for rolls, but that seems to be the only thing they have going for them and that seems like a poor exchange for the drastically higher reductions and roughly ~25% reduction in glut value (and again, this is bear so it would be more exaggerated for more common meats).

I'll update my previous message with the corrected values to avoid confusing people.

A park bench that's purely cosmetic/restores a tiny bit of phlegm over time which can't be buit inside or in mines and won't decay if claimed outside.
Really, I would love a park bench. Make it expensive and unlock with Cabinet Maker.
