I like it a lot.

There should be some bonus to remove/recycle objects on my own personal claim. Perhaps with the exception of defensive structures to prevent grief.

I support the idea.

Soak value should be less on dismantling.
Should take much more time than destroying
Should require Humble Abodes.
Should have a skill that would improve chances of recovering materials used.
Can only be performed on a personal claim.

This sounds like a good solution to me to the fact that I can't destroy most of the things on my pclaim. I especially like it if it's only available to the pclaim owner or to those given 'recycle' permissions, not to raiders. It would be most realistic that way anyway.

love the idea even if they made a tool dedicated to it like a wrench instead of the pickaxe.

the idea that you can recover 10-50% of the resources spend (minus woodblocks/branches/plugs as those would break) would be nice.

the action/skill should only be active by the claim owner or members of the town. preventing raider abuse. as for raiders making their own claim on urs to break it all... well thats your own fault for letting the claim/townbell run out of silver then. it shouldnt take more then 24hrs for a hermit with a 1 person town bell (if you want to be wasteful) to aquire enough hides/leather/crickets to feed 100+silver in to a bell. or feed for 2months a pclaim regardless of size. so if you let raiders take it over well your own fault honestly. plus if raiders townbell a hermit.. t hey would be paying the hermit the coin for the claim :/ so you could just rebuild else where not like getting the stuff is super hard..
