You have 250 BB, you lose 10BB, but gain 10 BB towards your glutton total.. When you glutton, you glutton for 260. Next Murder, you glutton for 270, and so on. So if you murdered 20 noobs in a weekend at 250 BB, you'd be down to 50 BB, but have to glutton for 450. Which would count against your other glutton values.
This sounds really harsh. If you kill a little too often your character would effectively become unplayable.

Could do that, but your murder character would be easy pickings if they ever came across a non-newbie character. Heck, I could effectively defend my crafter from that. Also, gluttonizing your BB back up every kill is probably less effort than training a second murder guy (unless you're
really dedicated to noob hunting), which is kind of the point. A random kill now and then shouldn't be a problem, but if you go out of the way to exterminate everyone you come across, those BB drains start to add up.
Sounds like Darwoth fears for his BB when he's out butchering penniless 5-bile noobs who dare cross his wall. Actually stunts like those are exactly why I think having some cost to murder is a good thing.
