Joking aside. Cosmetic would be funny but other then they it would be extremely annoying.

Come on they could make it so you can only get rid of being fat by doing work and running around, and we can all make exercise bots.

Considering i have a full phlegm tea bar all day everday, and that run is on constantly i would look like Brad Pit in 2 days!
