The tree thing is a bit odd to me. A lot of people are using trees as seamless walls blocking access to their bases. This does not jive with me well and seems VERY unrealistic. Now I know we are not striving for ultimate realism with this game, however, some things should stand some realism scrutiny. All trees require at least a small radius for their primary and secondary root systems. Certain kinds of trees require more room for root systems than others. Even on those trees that can work well being somewhat root bound amidst other foliage, their branches and leaves take up a certain amount of space. These branches and leaves are paramount to the good health of said trees. If the tree cannot take in enough sunlight, it will eventually be stunted, and will most likely be killed by other more healthy trees in the area. This is ultimately debatable depending on the species of the tree, but almost none can function as they do in the game. Now my main point is this, NO WHERE in nature do you see trees with their trunks so close as to not allow any travel like a wall. This is really only possible with very small trees, the likes of which could be literally pushed over, or snapped by the hands of an adult. What I propose would be to have 2 separate hitboxes for trees. First, increase the build hitbox, while still retaining the normal hitbox for restricting movement. What I mean is, have a larger hitbox for trees while they are being planted. Once planted however, you could still move right up to the trunk of a tree as it is now. I think this would allow people to have very nice orchards or whatnot, while not being able to use them in such an unrealistic way.
