IDK, I kinda like that you can protect KO-d friends.

That's what I'm saying. Humping someone for 20 seconds to kill them isn't exactly ideal for killing on the go :(
Even if the timer was shorter like when you regain composure it'd be doable if you break away from the group for a second or two but atm there's no way for the attackers to not stop you in time unless they don't know how stun works.

Cooldown of murder is not that bad.
Imho not every fight have to finish with murder, when it is group vs group whey can try to scare away each other to help KO'd friends or to finish KO'd opponent.
If you fight 1 vs 1 and KO someone you can easily murder him.

Maybe you should try change something with thrust cooldown after successful parry?
I have seen people are using murder, but haven't seen any parry in fights even in 1v1 :)

Have you seen a successful parry in a real fight? Because it's basically non-existent.

I don't really get the point of it requiring En Garde either. En garde doesn't do anything else, so if you were to use Parry you'd just macro it so a single key stroke engages En Garde, executes Parry and returns to previous manoeuvre.

But yeah, Parry needs a buff. Maybe it could give the opponent a good deal of imbalance?

I think we both few hundreds years too young to say anything about real fights on swords :)
but on youtube you can find how parry looks like and what is it for...

right now it is one of most useless combat skills in game.

While nobody else is saying any bad words at murder skill I guess you want to use it just to fast assassinations of your stronger opponents :)
Imho changing murder is very bad idea, right now stronger characters got huge advantage even over small group of chars with less stats.
If Devs would ever make murder like it was on W1 closed beta it will only make high stats characters stronger and even small group of friends should be able to handle single high stat guy, if they know how to fight.

As for real fights cmon, you have seen me vs mushi I was imbalanced for few seconds, so if we want realism in Salem then when char is imbalanced single thrust should kill!

Fully supported :)
... or En Garde should lower thrust cooldown and after parry you should be able to thrust in 0.01 sec :)
