Wildflowers/Grass Planting

Postby colesie » Tue Nov 20, 2012 9:11 pm

Dig a hole in the dirt, drop/plant assorted seeds, put the dirt back into the tile and then wait.
Wildflowers grow and then spread the same as other terrains do to add a little more scenery to the game world. Can only be planted by players and spread can be increased based on fodder you give it. Starting being 2-3 tiles from the intial planted flower.

Secondly, planting grass seed to get rid of ****** forest tile and other unwanted floor tile that you may be unfortunate enough to have your plot on.

Sounds good. Will be more important when biomes start to have actual differentiation. They don't yet, but I think we're going to see neat things that make all areas of the world actually have something special to offer and not just a little variation.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.
