Now that we have this new wall...

...and iron in all forms is for the new wall like bricks are for a brick wall, and boards are for a plank wall...

...will we be able to store all kinds of iron bars in stockbins?!

Doesn't sound unreasonable I guess

Thanks, could we maybe get a main poll with multiple choices of items people want to have added to storebins?

general question for more stockpileable objects != actually argumented call for storeable iron
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Been enough general stock bin threads. I suggest try making a good argument for this one thing.

'Poo' bins should be a given... it falls in line with animals if they ever arrive.

Metal bins? I would actually argue against it... unless you go with a different graphic and structure/recipe. Metal rusts... you already have a known mechanic for that in tools. I would assume that a stockpile of Iron would suffer the same fate or normal decay over time.

It would require an air tight structure... sealed with lots of beeswax maybe?

Honestly I can't imagine the supply ever reaching the 100's for any significant period of time. Iron is a use it/lose it no matter what... kind of resource.

Nono, I actually want to see raiders knocking into a base and finding no braziers but a stockbin of 100s of metal bars. It already happens, this would just make it that much more amusing.
