Some thoughts on the Web Store/Shop

I did scan through all 67 pages of threads to see if this had been addressed and didn't see it, so if it is redundant I apologize...

I've recently been using the shop quite a bit (much to my rl hubby's dismay might I add ;D) and have some polite suggestions for a better way for purchasers to feel comfortable with their spend...

1) an ability to store purchase history to the member's account, complete with line by line of each item/package purchased by date and "invoice"
2) the receipt ideally, could contain a line item with title/name of the item(s) purchased so if I go back to check I can easily verify what I purchased from the shop (pretty standard for most web shops, including other games that offer virtual items for cash selling) in that transaction
3) Some sort of invoice or tracking number so that if a problem does occur, there is an easy way for the member and Mortal Moments, Inc. to identify the particular transaction or sale in terms of referring to any questions and/or problems.

The store is great, and I quite obviously am not too scared to spend a bit of coin in it - but would feel much more comfortable if there were a bit more itemizing and record keeping of my purchases overall. (Besides, I have to know what I lie to the hubby about when he checks the CC bill, right!!!) ;P
