Resting butch face: I think this could have so many possibilities the most realistic to me is to create a store item (mask with the face of gaston, or popeye, or something similar, but not the same to avoid copyright issues,) which will grant the wearer a stat boost. You could also have bottled butch face a temporarily effective craftable alternative.

the Developers striktly forbid himself any item in the shop that gives the player any statboost or help in the game in PvP he said (exept speedboost tools or speed in levelling skills or cosmetic items)
