Easier Item Replacement

Postby connersalem » Thu Sep 25, 2014 1:15 am

I have been experiencing a slightly annoying thing within the game lately. Out of habit, I always go to switch tools by taking the tool from my inventory and trying to click the already equipped item. The effect that I am visualizing in my head is where when you try to put an item in a slot that already has an item instead of doing absolutely nothing, it just swaps the two out and putting the item that was equipped onto your cursor.

I don't see any issues that come with this simple addition, and I don't see how it could hurt anyone that is currently used to the current method.

Thanks for Reading

Then you'll can switch weapons in combat instantly by holding spare weapon above main. I don't think that mechanics, allowing such abuse is acceptable for game concepts.

If you want to give up the use of your mouse, sure.
