Redcoats uniform

Postby Rifmaster » Thu Aug 14, 2014 2:18 pm

I just saw the materials for it, and it's made from sea island cotton? I don't think so.
Redcoats uniforms we're made from wool, not cotton, its just a thing that bugs me, so i hope it gets changed.
And yes i do realise it will make it more pricy, but after all it is a good coat!

I doubt it will be changed until we are able to shear our own wool from sheep.

U do realise we do have wool ingame that we can buy?
If admirals uniform needs wool why would redcoats uniform need it too?

Edit: Misspelled it, why wouldn't the redcoats uniform need it too?

I assumed you meant that you wanted the Redcoat's Uniform to be made entirely out of wool, which would be crazy at this point in time because you could just buy all the cloth you needed right from the stalls.

I also had not seen the new Admiral's recipe and I didn't realize that it required some wool now as well. But I agree, the Redcoat's should require some wool

Well, the uniform and the shirt and pants were all made wool.
So as much as it would be pricy to make it would be actually something close to the real thing.

Maybe change the recipe to 6 wool, lacy edging and 2 copper buttons?
Or just replace the current recipes need for sea island cotton with the same amount of wool.

Wait a minute, you can craft red coat stuff now? If so I want my ***** money back since I bought it to look different from admirals. Now every pleb will run around in it. Outrageous!
