Urgent Need... animation sweep leg for those leaning

Anyone with the ability can 'lean' against central statue... around which all appear when coming to boston.

How do you substantiate that right?

I'd like an animation/ability that allow me to sweep out the leg of one I don't think deserving of the ability... (Dev can pick the stat or skill cap)... that will either... render them KO... or cause them to reappear as if they just arrived in Boston... essentially dislodging them from their unearned rest.

Something on par with the actual ability... or perhaps less... these are folks who could be possible mentors in the game... should the right be so easily acknowledged? Should anyone who managed to survive be given the right?

IDK... this is more a social aspect that a game mechanic... but it deserves some weight.

Let's sweep the leg of those protentious to call foul on the least... and maybe... if KO... leave their gear and money bag as penalty for attempting what they are not capable of giving back... !~
