1. Devs are aware of timing issues and such with training up the proficiencies. In fact, it has been posted recently that they are looking at both the gluttony system as well as the proficiency system at the same time since they do go hand in hand. We're all looking forward to this update Soon™.

2. You are aware that the more BBile you have, the faster you gain points? I see you have been around almost a year, but that's not guarantee of skill or knowledge.

Quite honestly, I don't like the current timing myself, but just flat speeding up proficiency learning time such as this is just bad. Let's see what the new system looks like before making more requests on this.
