Can't X off people in chat list

Can't X off people in chat list

I am using Enders and I always could close chat windows from players before. When I hit the X the game acts like I have clicked a different window. Is this a bug with Enders or an update. I don't like it! Anyone else have this issue or did I Change something?

I actually had this happen to me with the enders client, it bugs me Q_Q

Checked the default client for a change in chat functionality that might be interfering with Ender's (and any forks from that)?
I am a moderator. I moderate stuff. When I do, I write in this color.
