Haven Errors Galore

Last 5 days I've been getting haven errors for

1. Porting to Boston/home (even when there almost nobody there)
2. Entering or Exiting Pilgrim's House
3. Walking around town near growing cotton

It's been every 30s or worse; best mitigation I have manged is to zoom in 100% when I transition or move but even this game play is sluggish.

I've noticed it only occurs during specific times of day; which makes me think bandwidth is the problem; but I have no way to proving it.

I'm using latest latikai client; latest Java; and plugins have been disabled to per approval only.

Just a guess, but make sure the crop scaling fix thing is on under the latikai tab. Sounds exactly like the problems I had until I did that, porting home, exiting a house, near fields.. There's some bad voodoo coming from under those fields
