Game Crashes after hitting "New Character"

Hi guys,
as the title says....
I've already tried the command thing, but it doesnt help me.

Need help guys, please, i want to join this awesome game

We need to see what is causing the crash, ie post a bug report that is generated by the game when it crashes. It's really hard to fix if we don't know what's wrong. If you aren't getting a report, post what GPU, OS, and Java version you are using at a minimum. It might be enough for a good suggestion.
