Can't destroy Brazier after 51%

I misplaced a brazier and it's blocking my path now. I have to destroy it (I can't replace it) but I can't get it more damaged then 51%! Is it a bug or do I need more than 28 Phlegm to do more damage?

You need more than 28 phlegm. I don't know the exact amount, but I think you need at least 50 phlegm to begin to do more damage after braziers are disabled at 50%.
