Brick and Stone Pavement Overlap

Before the wipe and update laying brick and stone pavement side by side would cause the stone to overlap the brick, giving it a clean look. Now when laying pavement the brick tile overlaps the stone, hiding a good portion.

This is only an aesthetic issue, and probably a matter of preference, but it's screwing with any designs where stone is the primary pavement type and brick is used as a secondary to add some flavor.

Any chance this can get tweaked in a future patch?
