I've seen people lift rocks and just put them everywhere in Boston, it will eventually cause someone to be unable to spawn there, I've mode 5 rocks yesterday and now there are more. :/

People always find a way to be mean, someone just has to move the rocks out.

If a rock is in the way of your spawn, you drop your inventory worth of items and respawn at your claim if you have one, or boston. The game has that mechanic dealt with.
