Game Crashing after making character!

Hi I just started this game today and when i make a new character it works it loads up but then i get the loading screen forever and i get a error thing saying it cant find the problem cause my client is too old. I dont know why because i downloaded the client from my account page please help.

can you post the actual error you get? I am unfamiliar with that particular wording. In error messages, the precise wording is important.

Do you get loading screens, get errors, get errors during loading screens, get errors after a while of loading ?
Pictures of the actual error would be most helpful

I had this thing too, and updating video drivers helped in my case. Check out if you have up to date drivers.
