I just had a few connection problems. I closed the game and start it again.
Then when I try to log in game says : Already logged in...
What should I do?

My problem is that I even cannot get to the point where I can choose to make a new player.
I am stucked at the very first screen.
Do i have to fully create a new account ?

Stucked when you are create a player and did't loading??or when you a choose new character in your account of game menu?

I am stucked when it says : Username password please.... howerver I seem to be oline ... but I am not...
